I'm guessing that I've found a diamond in the rough. The pictures and information I've found leave me to believe that it's the rare 1882H C2/C1 DD. Please help, double check the accuracy of my variety. The coin has a metallic substance on the obverse, please also grade and advise on restoration. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, that's one, but the plating and grade (VG-8) makes it nice to have but not too valuable.
