Mine showed up today.

The dollars had some pin head shiny marks on the frosted fields. Not sure if they are contact marks or if that is what happens as the dies wear.

Just got my two sets, and after what I read on here about spots I was afraid to open them, but both Of my dollars and medals look perfect.
If I was want to send coins in for grading these would be the ones, but I'm not.

I still haven't managed to get a RP 70. I sent NGC the best two I could find:

I received my two sets today. All I can say is they're very disappointing. The obverses are OK I guess with several shiny pin spots in the flat fields. The reverses look terrible. Right above the $1 on both is a large circular smear about the size of the $1. Whatever got on the die clearly stayed in place for a while. Congratulations to those who got nice looking dollars. I guess if I had to get bad ones, this set would be the one to have that happen with.

My holder/packaging has a typo. To the right of the dollar, the F. is in lower case, but to the left of the medal the F. Is in upper case.

I examined my set with a 10x loupe today. I am happy with them, no better or worse than the other sets.

Just odd they cancelled his order and said it was sold out..

Agreed. I wonder how much the total has actually moved since it looks like there will be plenty of returns.

I received mine in the mail yesterday and just opened them up to inspect. One of the reverse proof dollars looks to have a die scratch above Kennedy's head. It looks like a spike coming out of the top of his head.

Mine showed up Tuesday but I was traveling, got back very late last night and just had a chance to take a look.

Set #1:
RP obverse looks good. RP reverse has some marks in the fields.
Medal obverse has spots towards the bottom. There is a speck of something black at the center of each spot. I can see brush marks under magnification. Reverse is ok.

Set #2:
RP obverse has a scratch in Kennedy's hair. Reverse has same issues as the other one.
Medal obverse has same spotting issues as the other one.

OGP is in fine shape, but I'm not pleased at all with the quality of the coins, particularly the medals.

My two sets arrived yesterday. Quick check of the coins shows that the dies were a bit worn on the 2 RP's. The fields show a decreased "frost" in the same areas of both coins. With that said, they are well struck, with no noticeable damage. (unlike my Ike sets)
The medals in both sets looked exceptional. I am very pleased with them, although I find the design less appealing than previous medals. I will try to take some pictures, easier to do at night without daylight flooding my room.
