I decided to take the pictures using natural light only. The obverse picture of the medal used no reflector. The rest utilized a piece of paper to reflect the natural light back on the coin.

You can see the mottled appearance of the frosted fields, as well as the spots of no frost on the RP's. This is probably due to the higher mintage of this set, as these are the weakest of the ones I have received in this area. However, they are still appealing to my eye. At least there aren't huge scratches that looked like the coin was used as a hockey puck before packaging.

That is a design element on his jacket. Funny that they "designed" a fingerprint onto the coin huh

You could always add up to 100 units to your cart. The order would be rejected as exceeding the HH limits which still are in place..

(Try it with the C % Currency set which, for some weird reason, still has the HH limits on)

So I'm actually glad my daughters order got delayed because of the gift certificate debacle. Hers were from an entirely different lot and look amazing. Solid 69s and one may be a 70. Mine would be lucky to get a 66.

I think your RP Dollar looks really nice. Although the focus is a little soft, it appears that the fields are frosty and even, no obvious marks on the devices. Medal looks solid as well.
I'll trade you.

Well I did it and sold my last Truman and Eisenhower sets. I will definitely miss the medals at least, those were pretty cool. I still think it will be worth it in the end (may be wrong but who knows?) to trade those for some nice 150+ year old U.S. type coins. And overall, very happy I made a bit to finance my other purchases. As for the Kennedy sets, I still have mine and will be holding onto those for a while just to see what the price does. Worst case scenario, I get my money back and come out even with an added ebay feedback for my excellent service ;P
