Have been staring at this for a couple of hours trying to figure out how that happend. Top right serial number has a extra one

Could it be a wet ink transfer. It looks reversed to me.

Or someone else pressed the note and wet bills with pen/marker/ink marks got stuck together, causing ink trasfer.
