I am learning a lot since being on this site but am still not sure on a few things. I was looking trough some silver half dollars about an hour ago and noticed a pretty obvious mistake on the reverse of one of the coins. I'm not sure the difference between a crack and break yet but there is an extra line between the 'o' in 'of America', that runs down through the bell to the 'A' in Half Dollar on the reverse of the coin. There is also a possible Cud or possible PMD just after the last a in America on the reverse, and the 'D' in "In God" looks partially filled in on the Observe side. (again possible cull?) I added pictures below.

The coin definitely has a few Cuds and breaks; however, they are only minor. Therefore, it is not really worth that much other than the 15-dollar premium that Franklin halves usually bring.

I don't see any Cuds. But I see some strong die cracks.

It is hard to see in the image but in hand there is a clear line that runs from one side of the coin to the other. This is where it runs highlighted in red.

I am not entirely convinced it is a die crack vs. foreign material stuck to the surface. Better pics might help.

New images are much better No Cuds, the right side of the reverse rim is damaged in a couple spots. It definitely looks more like a die crack now but I am still puzzled by the squiggliness of the crack and the "splatter pattern" around OF

I was thinking the die may have been rusty/some debris in that area on OF. But a lot better images. Now you know how to do that.
