It's a coin from the Indian state of Gwalior, looks like a bronze 1/4 anna, dated VS1986 (= 1929 AD). I think it's KM 176.2, "pug-nosed bust" variety.

Not much. CV for KM# 176.2 is 75¢ in VF, $1.50 in EF. I'd grade yours gVF, in-between at around $1.
