2015 P 25c Nebraska 'Flying Shingle'?

Last week,while I was in Miami,I picked this one out of some pocket change.
It has what looks like a shingle coming off of the roof.It's a little raised line,on the left side of the house,about the third set of shingles down.I don't know if you call it a die scratch,or if it is big enough too call a die crack?
Anyhow,I was wondering if anyone has seen one like this before?

Yeah, I've got a few of these with varying degrees of size.

My guess is Die Deterioration as it appears the lines get bigger over the life of the die. Some Homestead quarters even appear to have snow on the roof. I'll post a picture or two later today.

They may not have any premium value but it's fun to see the flaws get named. I rather like 'flying shingle'.

Here in tornado alley,you get to see all kinds of flying things...2x4's,trees,cars,houses.It just reminded Me of the one that came through several years back.

I can't tell from your pictures but that area is prob to die chips so it probably is a die chip. I also like the name flying shingle
