2015 P 25c Nebraska 'Flying Shingle'?

Cross-eyed Pillar of the Community United States 849 Posts	Posted 09/15/2015 1:53 pm Last week,while I was in Miami,I picked this one out of some pocket change. It has what looks like a shingle coming off of the roof.It's a little raised line,on the left side of the house,about the third set of shingles down.I don't know if you call it a die scratch,or if it is big enough too call a die crack? Anyhow,I was wondering if anyone has seen one like this before? Report this Post to the Staff

My guess is Die Deterioration as it appears the lines get bigger over the life of the die. Some Homestead quarters even appear to have snow on the roof. I'll post a picture or two later today.
