I was able to work out the issue with the seller. the seller had multiples of the coin available so the picture was not available. I ended up getting a partial refund offer from the seller, which was more than satisfactory. as for the coin, the spot doesn't show up too well with my camera, the spot is about 3 or 4 mm in size, it almost looks like a drop of paint landed on the coin.
