For the 1949 Franklin. AU-50. Not full bell, left of crack too faint. Obverse is quite marked. Unsightly fingerprints left of bell. If the fingerprints cannot be removed, I would lower to EF-45.

Appears to be low MS. MS61 maybe 62. Not FBL
