Came across this yesterday and I believe it is from a roll meant for circulation but I'm also wondering if it is a warn proof? I have one that is from a Specimen set and it is a lot shiner than this. Hope the photos are okay. Thoughts please.

Based on the lines in the fields, I'm going to say from a specimen set (sometimes called reverse proof, but not actually correct).

Hmmm - so if from a Specimen set this is in pretty crappy shape. Value would be diminished as as a SP and doesn't count as UNC from regular circulation issue - would that be correct?

Nope, those are die polishing lines. Specimen coins from 1991 were mirrored fields and mirrored devices. That is a business strike.

Thanks SSP - Ottawa - that makes me feel a bit better. There are some smaller dings and scratches - would this still grade as Unc?
