Would like opinions on these - still learning.

1943 - near 3?
Guessing F12? A bit of detail in the hair but supposing it wouldn't rate VF-20. Thanks in advance.

1963 - dirty. EF -40? Hypothetically, would dipping this in acetone to sell on ebay be beneficial - would it make a difference?

yes you can put them in acetone and it will let you remove the dirt and make them look a lot better. I would give you a grade on them but iam not good at grading.
