I been going threw some canadian cents I got this summer from my wifes father. Lots of coins and most are commom circulated ones. Most he had a tube with some really nice bright cents in it. I found 4-1999 and one appears for have a matt finish on it. The other 3 are nice and shiney. Is this just from die polishing or did they make a matt cent that year.
