The way I determine a T1 from a T2 is the location of the last feather on the head-dress. On a T1 the feather points between the IC of America. On the T2 the feather points between the CA of America. Also, on a T1 the radius formed where the swirls or hair ends lies closer to the A than the 6 and on the T2 the hair tuft is equally spaced between the A and the 6.
Your coin is a T2 and I would grade the coin G4 (there are a lot of nicks and dings).
