You had me worried there, since "Impaired" usually means an improper cleaning or the like. As to why it "only" got a grade of PR63, I'm guessing the small scratch to the right of the eagle's head on the reverse had something to do with it, and there are a few other dings here and there that might be affecting the overall grade. Not that I'm complaining, mind you -- I could barely afford it in this grade and it would have been completely unattainable in a higher grade.
