That's not flat border, it's raised.

Yes, raised border, my brain cramp. I thought it might make AU.

Hey DEVLEC, for your inspection below. While I was massaging my brain cramp from before, I took another look at the coin picture and then through my loupe. Look at the "5" and the "T" strikes in "CENTS" in the zoom photos below. Also a closer look at the double "7" and slanted "0". Enjoy.
