The catalogue say this LC61A was often weakly struck. While this coin has a few dings, I don't think it has been cleaned & I think it has original lustre. Thoughts on grade?

Is this a rarer token?

The catalogue would say this is rare in high grade. No value listed for over EF. It also says the copper version is rarer (this one is brass). That being said, every one I have seen for sale (not that many) is copper. Not sure what to think about the rarity of copper vs brass. Does anyone know how common the two metals really are?
