This sounds interesting. All depends on what the slush fund has left. @perottti31 -- nice avatar!

In the present circumstances, I'll probably be able to get one, but I doubt all 3 (unless gold keeps dropping and prices me in or there is a good opportunity these become like Truman and Eisenhower C&Cs and I can subsidize the collection flipping one).

Since they can't have silver I think Platinum would have been a better choice.
Lower metal price and a white metal like silver.

Platinum is more expensive than gold. Palladium, though, might work.

I think this is something I would like to have in my collection. A: it is gold b: it is cool.

That's why I thought it still was, I just haven't checked platinum in a while.

If I recall correctly, it has been over and under a few times. It may be above gold again some day.

I have been thinking about theses the last couple days.
For me, I am not sure I would like them in gold.
To me they are some of the most beautiful classic coins, but all my life I have seen them in silver.
I do hope they decide to do a silver proof version.
To have these three coins in frosted silver proof .... That I would add to my collection.
Pretty sure I will skip on gold version.
