I have yet figured out how to take a good picture of albums. But here is my attempt for this album. This album has four pages. There is a hole for each mint and/or Proof and Uncirculated coin. After buying these this album, and volume two, I figured out I need a lot more proofs than I had thought. But for this album, I do have most of the empty holes for the proof coins, but they are in Prestige sets. And I am not ready to break them out of the Prestige sets. Top of page one Top page one Bottom Page one Top Page two Bottom page two Top Page three Bottom page three Top page four Bottom page four

Awesome! You've done what's on my bucket list: organize the 30+ years of buying commems from the Mint into an organized Dansco album. I have most of them, too. They are all inside a large plastic tub in OGP. Congratulations, looks great & you're well on your way to finishing the book.

Thanks.
I still have all the OGP boxes, in the large storage tub.
I also have the next album Vol two, I need even more proofs for that on.
I do have all the Uncirculated commemoratives, except for a few of the more current ones. I believe that if I wait a few years, after issue, most of these coins can be bought for less than original price.
I am pretty happy how they look in the album, of course I do like Dansco albums.

That is beautiful! I had been thinking about doing these Danscos. Yours are really nice, maybe I will. Does the new volume II still stop at 2011? How are you handling that? Are you making labels or just putting the rest order with no writing?

I'm nearing the end of my 50 piece type set of classic silver commemorative issues, and the beautiful way these newer commems look in the dansco album might lead me into that area, too.
It's a really beautiful display you have there. Congratulations are well warranted.

Very nice! Question... is there a date set album for the commems? If I just wanted one of each instead of the proofs too?

Volume two is for dates 1995 - 2001.
Wizard coin supply did not have volume three when I ordered. I wil have to look for it.

Dansco has one for each date, they call it a type album

Looks very nice! Quote: but they are in Prestige sets. And I am not ready to break them out of the Prestige sets. I would never break the Prestige sets for this. There are plenty of singles out there, take your time.

Another very nice album, GR58. Those commems look awesome together like that.

I have the inverse, all the proofs and few of the uncurculated. I'm leaning to a commemorative type album to house my proof collection. Your set is impressive and much less costly to complete looking for only proofs.

It was a hard decision, weather to do two sets of the type album, one proof one UNC, or this complete set.
I think once I get more of the proof coons I am missing, I will be very happy with this set.
Still need 8 proofs to complete this Vol one. I am a little afraid to count how many proofs I need for Vol two. When I find time I will try to get pictures of Vol two.
Muddler I think your right on the prices of UNC vs proofs. Most of those 95 and 96 date UNC's were pricey. I think the hardest proof I will need, will be the 2001 buffalo.

I was lucky enough to get the two coin set of the 2001 buffalo from the mint.
