I have read that a true off center strike has to affect both sides of the coin, I am not sure where I read that though. I was wondering if this would be considered a slight off center strike or not since it does affect both sides.. If you flip it over, the affected area is not directly opposite one another though. Thank you for the help.. I hope all of my posts isn't a bother, but I like learning about the different variety of coins and how to decipher a true minting error or PSD/PMD..

this is within tolerances, so it would not be considered an off-centre strike. for it to be off center, it needs to be inside of the rim, and the more off center, the more $$$

Thank you for the pictures and info! Quite helpful for future finds. Actually found a few more that were off, but within the limits.. So much faster knowing that having to guess or ask all the time..
