I notice you didn't include the date area? I bet it is also affected. It looks like Die Deterioration. The date should show it on the right side, the LIBERTY on the LEFT side and the Motto on the devices facing towards the rim.

Coop, here is the date. I have seen DDO's with less spread on the error and varieties sites. Guess I'm just not lucky. I also found the other picture for you to add to your collection of photos (1991 Zinc Rot at it's best, enjoy the picture)
