to me it looks like obv 45a rev I1a but the pair dont seem to be a pc59 # .,thoughts?

The obverse is 45a, and based on the gap in the vine at leaf 2 & 7, along with the stem on leaf 9, I believe the reverse is I7a. That makes it PC59-45a2. I could be wrong, but that's my guess.

Obverse 45A2 / Reverse I7a is correct.
