This is the 2015 P coin. It appears to have an extra leaf, or a crack that looks like an extra leaf. I believe one of the flower stems is also doubled.

This is the 2015 D coin. It clearly shows no leaf present at top. It also has a die chip I believe.

On the 2015 P there may actually be two doubled stems.

Here is another 2015 P "Extra Leaf." I believe it is a missing chip or crack in that area of the coin.

Looks more like a die crack/chip on the last image. It is not part of the design, so it can't be hub doubling. Just a die issue with aging.

Yea I thought it was a crack or chip. They seem to happen a lot on the 2015 ATB Quarters. I have this one, a Kisatchie, and a Homestead with similar die issues.

What about the doubling on the stems?
