I have a bit of a Soft spot for Cameo's and about a third of my collections are cameo's

This is My one and only Proof Like Canberra florin.
It is ridiculously difficult to get a good shot of this coin without the glare from the lighting reflecting off the slab
Without cracking the coin out this is the best my limited photographic skills can accomplish.

Fantastic coins, everyone!

Maximinus I "Thrax"
AR Denarius
235-238 AD

Not surprisingly for a rule of terror while the Senate actively waged war on the Roman emperor, the denarii of Maximinus Thrax were issued in unprecedented numbers, and also buried by ill-fated soldiers who would not return to dig up their month's pay after their campaign. Perhaps more than any other emperor, his denarii are commonly found in stunning, uncirculated condition.
