Thought this thread needed a bump & I have the perfect note for the job: from the Republica Espanola, is this 1938 2 Pesetas, produced near the end of their Spanish Civil War. Featured on front is an allegorical "Lady Liberty" & the Toledo bridge on the reverse. Unfortunately, the Spanish population got anything but liberty after Franco's Nacional forces were victorious (1939) & installed the general 'ruler for life' or caudillo (1975). It's been a long time since I got any new notes and wasn't really looking but saw this 1914 One Peso note and just couldn't resist   |

No new notes in over a year and now two in two weeks.. couldn't help myself with this 1879 One Sol from PERU.. also might be my first note with a Ship on it :)

Cool site, never seen it before.. Not sure how scarce it is but I'd never seen one and was immediately attracted to it.
Was completely shocked to get it for a hundred bucks, thought it would have been more
Either way, totally jazzed to add this one to the collection :)
