This is true; My ebay profile says that I'm in the USA; I have it this way so that I don't get blocked from some USA-sellers auctions. I have no idea why the 1923 cent would be faked... it's not like these in low grade are getting $100 - I thought the only ones being faked were ones that most people simply couldn't afford to acquire; Since I have 1905 to date (including most variations) I wouldn't think that it would be susceptible to be faked...
