Impressive (which yours certainly is) or not, I'll take a 21 any day.

I am sure Moe did not really know what he might be in for, when he suggested posting all Peace dollars. I have five of these '21's, all purchased raw. Might be time to thin the herd a bit. Don't even get me going when it comes to 1922. These, even in MS, are bullion coins. and I am very fond of this series and its timeless classic design. Anyway, here goes. Enjoy the show. Posted in rough order of condition. I do apologize for the mediocre photo quality.

Quote: Wow, I guess not that many have 21's The day is not yet done ... some of us have to work for a living. The Peace dollar is a coin that long ago attracted my attention ... I have a complete 24 coin circulated (lowball) set and most of the MS set ... I'll contribute photos as time allows. The 1921 High Relief Peace dollar really attracted me .... and I was well on my way towards a certified grading set when I finally changed collecting directions. To the 1921 Peace ... 1921 Peace dollar - PCGS MS65/CACBlast white, lovely gem MS example of this one year type. 1921 Peace dollar - PCGS PO01The only coin in the series identifiable by the type without a date visible ... this is how an honestly circulated, problem free lowball looks. Thanks to Moe for resurrecting this 'days of' thread .... Enjoy - David

Here is mine. I know it is uncirculated. PCGS graded it unc cleaned.....but my dealer disagreed and told me to resubmit to NGC. He also cleaned off some potential pvc damage with acetone may help my cause.
