Looks more like an S than a D.

Could go either way. Would you send to TPG to know for sure ?

If I am fairly certain under a loupe, probably ANACS.

I think it is some gunk around the top and bottom of the mintmark that is giving an illusion of an "s".
I hope I'm wrong.

because the possible serif looks too far out of the normal place. Although this is my first thought, I still do find it remarkable that some object would directly hit only on the mm to flatten the metal out enough to cause the perceived transformation to an S... In the end only the TPG will tell.

D or S. I didn't spend much on it :-) I guess we'll see.

That is a tough one ...
I have one similar that has been in and out of my 12S hole a few times.

You mean you didn't message the seller to use a loupe to confirm an s or d V? Hope it's a chicken dinner winner. Heck, why not get it just to see at that price Btw, how did that El Niño downpour a week or two ago go around your parts? Water weight snapped a huge limb on a tree in my front yard.

Full liberty, but the MM could go either way. Good luck.
