I was surprised not to see the 1893-s Morgan or the 1877 IHC on this list.

The 77 Indian and 93 s Morgan have many pick up points (PUP) on genuine pieces. It would be hard if not impossible to get them correct on a forgery. The 37 D 3 leg Buffalo is another example with many PUP. The 16 d dime doesn't have many and there were a couple of different dies used so you really need to know what to look for. The 09 s V.D.B only had one die and I'm always surprised how many fakes are out there. Most can be caught because it has the Philly V.D.B not the San Fran V.D.B

The four possible MM positions also reveal a lot of the fakes. I was not aware of the Philly vs SF VDB - got a link?

Philly V.D.B the dot between the D and the B is closer to the D. The SanFran V.D.B the dot between the D and the B is centered.
