I just got the results on my grandpa's Three Cent Nickel. VF22. I know, I know. Not the most expensive coin out there, but it was Grandpa's, and the details are still decent. I wanted to preserve it by slabbing it, and Mom wanted to know roughly what it was worth.

I'd say it's worth $10-$15.

Slabbing grandpa's coins for preservation is a valid reason. I would go with ANACS for that though, cheaper, catch one of their 10 for $x each specials.
