moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 01/16/2016 4:48 pm Actually it does look like there is a 'dropped' nine to right and down. You can see the top of the dropped nine at the center of the true 9, too. Someone with more experience would need to give you a value, but I very much doubt if it carries any real price worth messing with. Report this Post to the Staff

It does look interesting, but would need to better images as a lower angle to see if it is not a stain. (a stain would be level with the field) Also a few more images of the obverse would be nice.
