I just received a 1903 S Morgan graded MS64 by SILVER DOLLAR COIN GRADING.

The coin I received is no where near mint, could be a weak XF but it looks scrubbed.

I have posted pics on the grading practise forum.

I just checked their website. Phone number is all XXX-XXX-XXXX and email link is invalid.

They do have a mailing address in Tampa FL. Guess what folks? I just happen to live about 30 miles from this outfit.
If I knew of a law they are breaking, I would sic the fuzz on them.

Early on in my coin obsessed life I bought a 1886 morgan graded MS67 in a SILVER DOLLAR COIN GRADING slab. I recognized it was over rated, but like a dummy paid too much anyway. ($100) It might be MS63. I keep it as a reminder.

Well, If it was shipped by the United States Postal Service it would qualify for mail fraud.

I did the same thing a little while ago, actually that is why I joined this forum. But instead of waiting for the coin to show up at my door, I just never paid the guy and backed out of the auction. I don't feel bad about it either...

That's extremely easy to say, but extremely hard to do. Grades are opinions, try to prove in court that an opinion is fraudulent.
