it also looks like a VLDS? but I'm not sure, still learning errors and varieties, and maybe rough estimate on value?

What is the weight of the coin. It looks like it was sanded on the obverse that removed the rims. The reverse looks like a struck through error (grease) on the EPU. If the coin is under weight, part of the weakness might be attributed to that.
