In 1968 the Philly Mint had not started using the P mint mark, so this is in fact a Philly coin, not a San Fran.

Gabrielle , The 1968-S no MM dime was from a few 1968 proof sets that had the S mm on all coins in the set EXCEPT the dime. Quite rare. yours is just a Philly struck for circulation.
