I'm not seeing anything either, looks like on the left side of the one it took a hit but I don't see any doubling.

It's Machine doubling/die chatter. It doesn't look like the master hub doubling like the 1972 LMC or the 1955 LWC No value added. Still a very nice one indeed.

Seems a decent price for this (likely) VG8. I see no doubling of the "19".
