Let's be optimistic and say the best case is MS66PL with a value up to $600. Since it's raw I would say it's semi-PL and MS65 with a value of $150. I see a coin that should be given a shot at a TPG and see what happens. I wouldn't pay over $200 for it as-is and that is stretching it.

Pics aren't the greatest...I wouldn't go more than $125 for a common date that is relatively easy to find PL or DMPL.

I am at ms 64 semi pl. Value $75 with possible upside, but would need to see coin in hand.

The hazy toning may be hiding some nice fields.

This is what the seller said when I asked him about the fields:

There's NO way I'd buy from those photos.

Best I can even guess at is a MS62 possibly PL. It appears to also have a below-average obverse strike.
