This 1921-D Morgan has decent luster in-hand, but Looks AU'ish to me or low MS. CCF opinions?

It's hard to get better pics due to a light blue frosty toning that covers most surfaces. Coin does have cartwheel luster but somewhat muted by the toning.

Fields have typical center breaks from circulation. Probably has been dipped. AU-55.
