Normally on the Zincolns I would agree with Die Deterioration, but this is not one of the single squeeze dies. Not the motto is affected at the bottoms. of the devices. ( Die Deterioration happens on the areas closer to the rim on the motto) So I'm feeling this is Machine Doubling.
