United States Representative, Speaker of the House, United States Senator, and Confederate States Secretary of State during the Civil War. Connor Pillar of the Community United States 2130 Posts	Posted 04/12/2016 6:20 pm Here are a few of my obsolete North Carolina notes that I wanted to share. Nothing rare or particularly valuable but also they are not really common either. These are two notes that were printed on the back of unissued currency and unissued bonds. I thought they were pretty cool and wanted to share them with everyone here. Nothing was wasted during this time and these notes prove it. Report this Post to the Staff
