I think it could make MS-64.

Way too much chatter on the cheek and scattered scratches. Max I can see this is a ms63 and that would be on a good day. Typical weak New Orleans strike will also keep it down. Coin isn't worth submitting unless it's a solid 64 and up, this coin I believe just misses ms64.

AU 58 based on what appears to be wear on hair above ear and the ear. The reverse shows what appears to be rub on breast and leg feathers.

Struck a bit flat and some heavy chatter on the cheek. I agree with MS-63.

Incomplete strike to be sure, but without a better look at the talons, it's hard to say if the high points are exhibiting wear as well. With the luster also being an issue, I'm thinking it dips into AU territory. At best, it'd be an iffy one to submit if you're hoping for an MS grade.

I think it might make 64. Great obverse fields.
