Cut the background out, leave only the coin. What you've provided with these first photos is insufficient for a grading opinion, at least from me.

The goal with the photo is to display the coin as close as possible to what your eye sees. It appears that your background is causing the auto adjust on your camera/phone to tint the coin image. You may want to use a white or gray background for better results.

Coin 1 F/VF possible details
Coin 2 VF/XF

Better photos would help to get an exact grade opinion.

I would grade both at VF-25.

The '84 looks EF-40 with some sort of issue, note sure what. The '88-O looks sort of VF-30, and it certainly does look polished in the enhanced picture.

VF-details, cleaned for the 88. Not too appealing. EF details for the 84. Toning doesn't seem quite right - maybe an old cleaning or some environment damage. I like the 84 much better than the 88 from a condition standpoint.
