Simply can't tell from those photos. Crop one, standing upright, to the D only.

Too hard to see but it possably could be but we would need clear images but it does have general shape / location as a few like 1981D-1MM-002 through 1981D-1MM-004 range my guess would be a 1981D-1MM-003 http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds

Can't tell from this picture either (viewing on my phone). Steady your camera by using a tripod. Focus on the device to bring out the finer details. Some of these RPMs are slight so details have to be in focus. Good luck

#128532;thank you every one for trying anyway. I may have to wait on this one, I only have the camera phone at the moment and every time I try to get close ups I lose the focus, but thank you anyway.

As you can see from the responses we would be happy to offer opinions with sharper photos.

Midnyte - here's my tripod. I use a camera phone as well. It's rather handy, but to get sharp photos, you cant free hand shoot the picture (at least, I can't). I rest the phone on top of the can and focus on the coin. The focal length of the can roughly matches the camera on my phone. Minimal zooming is needed to get a reasonably crisp photo. But for close-ups like MMs, you need to shoot through a loop that is also fixed. Any movement and you'll have the blurry images. See the photography forum for some great tips. Folks here are doing amazing things with camera phones. Maybe not as good as a camera, but good enough to get your points across. Good luck!
