1988 1 cent flaws? die crack from LIBERTY to IN also W in WE is re punched?
There is a scratch mark on the back of his neck which I am not sure about and all comments welcome.

I see what looks like a plating bubble from LIBERTY along the edge to IN. I see a die scratch at the neck and damage to the W.

It is a split in the plating near 'IN'.
