1992-P Dime Die Cud Or Something Else?

mikediamond Pillar of the Community United States 2738 Posts	Posted 03/15/2016 4:21 pm A die chip is unlikely to respect the boundaries of the mintmark and would not be separated by a gap between it and the base of Roosevelt's neck. This is more likely a "bleb" -- the positive impression of a die erosion pit. It's a symptom of Die Deterioration. Error coin writer and researcher. Report this Post to the Staff
