1991--what is the striking over it? And what about the mint mark D with a dot init, error? 1967--dime looks like something was stuck to it what do you think?

Post-mint damage ( PMD), deliberate or otherwise. Damage to the dime could have been from a coin-rolling machine.

HI, I cant tell what the dot in the D mm for the cent is, it might be a die crack/pit, or it may be a PSD, we will need clearer more close up images of that. For your dime, this is either a Struck Through Grease, worn die, or perhaps just circulation wear. it looks like rosie has been in a few coin machines, that is how that ring appears around his head.

I see what looks like as fingerprints on the obverse on the cent. They change the colors of the plating and even affect the copper on pre 1982 cents was well. I was told on this coin that there was a piece of wire on it when they found it in a bag. When they touched the wire, it fell off. I didn't give much credence to that, but after check back on the coin years later, there was his fingerprint.

Thanks for the information, do you know if the date is considered small date at all the 9s look bigger to me?

The date is normal, but has a raised area that makes it look connected. The images are so small I can't exactly see what is going on. There maybe a split in the plating at the bottom of that 9 and zinc rot maybe starting? Or just a gas bubble under the plating. I see nothing there that would bring a premium. If it were mine, I'd spend it.

I have the exact same dime with the exact markings and I also have heard about this coin way back in the day there was a story about it getting caught up in the machine somehow that stamps them?

The circular scrape is caused by a counting/rolling machine, it is just damage.
