1969 S Lincoln With High Mint Mark?

I found this 1969 S with what appears to be a high placed mint mark? in addition to that there seems to be an extra bit of copper in the loop of the first 9. The last photo is another 1969 S without any of this. What are your thoughts? sorry for not having the best quality photos. I am still trying to get the hang of photographing these.

Since this year was still being punched by hand. I think anything under the date and right of the bust is considered normal.

If it actually makes contact with the date then another story. Some people do collect the ones way off, but this one I think is still in the normal range for placement. Thanks, Doug.

The extra copper in the 9 is a die chip. Seems pretty common, I have several. As for the mint mark, I found this helpful
