Sometimes you just have to lower the hammer, which I would certainly do here. Think carefully about your Comment option on the Feedback, serial - your remark just above seems perfect ("I would recommend against dealing with him given my experience.")

You got your coin and you are not happy with the seller, happens. Leave negative feedback and move on. Hardly end of the world.

Why in the world would you think of leaving negative feedback. Clearly a postal issue. On Feb 9th I had an International signed for sent from Baldwins to me in Canada it was clearly marked Fe9th 2016 and arrived at my address in Canada on March 24th 2016. Bad karma if you leave the seller a negative feedback.

so do you think it is ok that he waited 2 weeks to actually post the coin? or that when asked he lied to me about when it was sent? or that he didn't respond to my request for tracking details? is this acceptable behaviour in your mind pacificcoin? is this how you would treat customers? Oh and there is an international tracking service available, it is different to signature on delivery and it is what I paid extra for.

We treat our customers in a most professional manner thank you very much. We ship three times a week in Canada to Canada and Twice a week to the US from the US. Check our feedback . There is no control over the postal service of any country. As stated the UK signed for service is a track able service with a tracking number.. It is not a cheap service. You just seem heck bent on crucifying the seller in this case . My opinion that is very bad form considering that you got the coin sent in a safe secure manner, from a professional respected seller, who also happens to be a member of our CCF family.

Please use them in the future. Posts are very difficult to read without them.***I think you are missing the point. he didn't send it for 2 weeks, in that time you sent 6 lots of packages in Canada and 4 lots in the us. furthermore you are wrong about the postal service, uk post has 3 types, International Tracked. International Signed and International Tracked & Signed I paid for International Tracked which would allow me to see where it when travelling to me he sent it international signed and I know it is expensive, I paid for it! and you think that lying about when it was sent and not providing me tracking details is professional? you really seem "heck bent" on protecting him, how much business you done with him?
