Coinlover1899 ... You pegged it ... $100. There's major damage on both the OP's and my coin, and regardless of how accurately it's described, IMHO, the price is the bottom line. I've seen many coins with more severe labeling errors than this one ... ANACS, NGC and PCGS.

On a side note, counterstamped coins and "love tokens" are, in effect, damaged. I've yet to see a slabbed, counterstamped coin that also states "damaged." I'm guessing that's understood!? I have some pedigreed counterstamps that are indicated as such on the label.
