I suppose the hint, T-BOP, is that less than three people have predicted the correct 20 year range, or rather, for example, if the coin is 1980, less than three have guess between 1970 & 1990.

Yeah , So Doesn't That Tell You Something ?
Look Benny; when I had my contest giveaway , I gave a whole lot of hints ! And it wound up being a 5 pager before someone guessed it.
