Good afternoon everyone! Just looking for some input on what appears to be an extra bar on top of the T along with the left side of the U. Is this just damage from the machine?

The top of the device on the 'T' looks reduced so it maybe MD. The mark on the 'U' looks like coin contact. If it were hub doubling you would expect to see the doubling on all the devices (or some) in the same direction. I'm not seeing that on your coin.
