I ask only because some of the coins in the collection are possibly worth more than the full booklet. Some of the coins are in uncirculated condition. As for value, it depends entirely on whether the coins have been damaged by the cardboard. Base-metal coins in cardboard holders that aren't sealed up can react with compounds in the cardboard or the ink, causing tarnish and even severe corrosion. If the coins are damaged, it's worth more as a single artefact because if you take the coins out, all you will have is a piece of damaged cardboard and a pile of damaged coins.
